INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup {change the flavour up with the seasons}
- 2-3 dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters
- 1 egg white
- Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your cocktail shaker add the rye whisky, simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters and egg white. Dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish & enjoy!
