INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Dillon’s Rose Gin
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
- Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters, for garnish
- 1 egg white
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s Rose Gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white.
2. Dry shake for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a Champagne flute or vintage coupe glass.
4. Garnish by dropping Aromatic Bitters into cocktail.
