INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ounce Dillon’s Rose Gin
- 1 ounce Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Niagara Grenadine
- 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)
- 3 ounces ginger beer
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Fill a highball with your favourite vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
2. Add the Rose Gin and Chocolate Liqueur.
3. Top with ginger beer and give a quick stir.
4. Drizzle with Niagara Grenadine.
5. Enjoy!
