INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Dillon’s Vodka
- 1 ounce Dillon’s Limoncello
- 3 cups fresh clementine juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- Fresh or dehydrated clementine wheels, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add the vodka, limoncello, clementine juice, lemon juice and syrup to a pitcher or drink dispenser. Stir to combine. Chill in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
2. Set up a display of your favourite stemmed glasses and an ice bucket filled with cubes allowing guests to serve themselves from the dispenser.
3. Once their glass is poured and filled with ice, they can garnish and enjoy!
