INGREDIENTS:
- 3 fresh strawberries, cut – plus more for garnish
- 3 fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 ounces Dillon’s Strawberry Gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3-4 ounces soda water
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your cocktail shaker add the basil leaves and cut strawberries. Muddle.
2. Add the gin, lemon juice and ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into an ice filled glass (double strain if you don’t want any of the muddled fruit or herbs in your glass), top with soda water and garnish.
