INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes Dillon’s Lemon Bitters
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
- Lemon peel, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds..
2. Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a stemmed glass & garnish with lemon peel rolled into a flower.
