INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 ounces Dillon’s Limoncello
- 1/2 ounce Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
- 3 dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3-4 ounces soda water
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your cocktail shaker add the Limoncello, grenadine, bitters, lemon juice and ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into an ice filled glass, top with soda water and garnish.
