INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Dillon’s Rhubarb Gin
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 3 dashes Dillon’s Fennel Bitters
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Rhubarb curl and fennel frond, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds..
2. Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a stemmed glass & garnish with rhubarb curl and fennel frond.
