INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 ounces Dillon’s Gin {Dry Gin 7 or Unfiltered Gin 22}
- 2-4 dashes favourite Dillon’s bitters {we love Peach Bitters or any citrus flavoured}
- 4 ounces Tonic water {or 0.5 ounce Dillon’s Tonic Syrup + 3 ounces soda water}
- Fresh citrus, for garnish
- Fresh herbs, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your favourite glass, add the gin, bitters and ice.
2. Top with tonic water and stir or add your tonic syrup and soda water and stir to combine.
3. Add your garnishes of choice and enjoy!
