INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Vodka
• 3/4 oz. Dillon’s Cherry Gin
• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. fresh pineapple juice
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
• lemon peel for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice for shake for 10-15 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel.
3. Enjoy!
For a more classic version, replace the Dillon’s Cherry Gin with Cassis.
