INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz. Dillon’s Cherry Gin
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
• 1 oz. Cointreau or orange liqueur
• 1 barspoonDillon’s Absinthe
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Put your favourite coupe glass in the freezer for one hour.
2. Add the cherry gin, lemon juice, Lillet, orange liqueur and absinthe into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with orange peel.
4. Garnish with orange peel or dried rose petals.
