INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Dillon’s Cherry Gin
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add all your ingredients to a shaking tin and dry shake {no ice} for 10 seconds.
2. Fill the smaller tin with ice to the very top and shake again for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into your chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
