INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ounce Dillon’s Violet Liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh mango juice
- 0.75 lime oleo saccharum
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 ounce amaretto
- 4 ounces espresso
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add all your ingredients to a shaking tin and dry shake {no ice} for 10 seconds.
2. Fill the smaller tin with ice to the very top and shake again for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into your chilled coupe glass and enjoy.
