INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ounce Dillon’s Violet Liqueur
  • 1 ounce fresh mango juice
  • 0.75 lime oleo saccharum
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.5 ounce amaretto
  • 4 ounces espresso

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. Add all your ingredients to a shaking tin and dry shake {no ice} for 10 seconds.

2. Fill the smaller tin with ice to the very top and shake again for 10 seconds.

3. Strain into your chilled coupe glass and enjoy.
