INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 ounces ginger beer
- 1 ounce Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 3/4 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce fresh blood orange juice
- 2 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
- Fresh or dehydrated blood orange wheels, for garnish
- Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, blood orange juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish and enjoy!
