Whisky Sour

INGREDIENTS:

 

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. In your cocktail shaker add the rye whisky, simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters and egg white. Dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

3. Garnish & enjoy!
