INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 ounce Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 3 ounces Sapsucker The Grapefruit One Sparkling Tree Water
- Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your favourite rocks glass add the Dry Gin 7, grapefruit juice and bitters. Stir to open.
2. Add ice and top with Sapsucker The Grapefruit one.
3. Stir again to combine and garnish.
4. Enjoy!
