INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 1/2 ounce Matcha mix*
- 1 ounce Dillon’s Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 2 ounces soda water
- Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. To make the matcha mix, whisk together 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and 2 ounces of hot water. Allow to cool.
2. Add all of the ingredients {sans soda} to your cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a highball or Collins glass, top with soda water & garnish with lime wheel.
